Efima achieves two new Microsoft Solutions partner designations

Designations help stand out in the market

Technology continuously opens new opportunities for business digitalization, and companies seek partners with proven capabilities to support them in leveraging these opportunities. Microsoft’s partner program, the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program, helps companies find the most suitable partners among Microsoft suppliers, of which there are about 2,000 in Finland alone.

The partner program is based on a comprehensive scoring system where Microsoft evaluates its partners’ capabilities in six solution areas:

  • Business Applications
  • Data & AI (Azure)
  • Digital App & Innovation (Azure)
  • Infrastructure (Azure)
  • Modern work
  • Security
A partner can earn the “Solutions Partner” designation in one or more solution areas if it accumulates enough points, i.e., concrete evidence of its experts’ technical skills, business growth, and successful solution deliveries. Efima has previously received the rare Business Applications designation, demonstrating Efima’s exceptional ability to deliver solutions using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. In August 2024, Efima achieved two new designations in the Azure solution areas:

  • Solutions Partner for Data & AI -designation demonstrates Efima’s ability to help its customers manage their data efficiently across different systems to build analytics and AI solutions.

  • Solutions Partner for Digital & App Innovation -designation validates Efima’s ability to help its customers modernize existing systems and build cloud-native applications.

Closer collaboration with Microsoft benefits both customers and partners

Microsoft offers designated partners more support for business development, customer base expansion, and technical skill enhancement. Efima has helped numerous Finnish companies leverage Microsoft’s intelligent cloud solutions and also invests in its own product development based on Azure’s cloud capabilities. For example, Efima’s own integration platform, Efima Integration Layer, meets the growing integration demands of dozens of companies and streamlines integration management, including at Sanoma Media Finland. Efima’s TextAI product brings AI capabilities to business processes at, for instance, Attendo care home and SOK’s service center. Closer collaboration with Microsoft enables Efima to better serve its customers and develop its products.

Efima’s Azure Business Director Kai Lyytinen comments on the designations: “The new designations are a fantastic testament to the commitment of Efima’s team to continuously update and develop their skills. They strengthen our position as a leading Microsoft partner and give our customers confidence that we can support their business digitalization effectively and innovatively.”

“Data & AI and Digital & App Innovation Solutions Partner Designations highlight the partner’s dedication to advancing AI utilization, data-driven decision-making, and digital innovation. Congratulations to Efima on these remarkable achievements!”, says Tarja Jernström, Head of Partner Business at Microsoft Oy.
